Managing the tracking board

We should add entries to the release process for managing the tracking board: https://github.com/orgs/jamulussoftware/projects/5/views/5

• Make sure all issues and pull requests targeting the release are including in the project and assigned the right milestone
• At each stage of the release, the tracking board should be checked to make sure the status of tickets is correct
• At the end of the release, the tracking board should be checked to make sure there are no open issues for the milestone and then changed to the next release
