Differences in tagging a release are confusing

• [x] Tag a beta release

• [x] Update the Changelog
• [x] Tag a release candidate

• [x] Update the version number in Jamulus.pro and add the release date to the Changelog header and commit
• [x] Update the Changelog
• [x] Tag this commit as r3_y_z

Why for the final release is the build broken up into three steps, with the "Update the Changelog" after actually pushing the release build and tagging it and then before trying to tag it again? This needs updating.
