Translations update from Hosted Weblate for Jamulus/Jamulus app.

Current translation status:

@jamulussoftware/translators @jamulussoftware/maindevelopers How do we proceed here? I'd like to have Russian in the next release as it's a new language.

Weblate is now locked due to this new commit. After this is merged, we can probably unlock and force rebase it.

If this builds and after a second quick visual review, I'd be somewhat 'ok' with the added translation.

How come the Russian translation here is sprinkled with German all over the place but the version on Weblate isn't?
