Remove code for htmlstatus option

What is the current behaviour and why should it be changed?

--htmlstatus is now fully deprecated (https://github.com/jamulussoftware/jamulus/issues/3362). We should remove the code in an upcoming version of Jamulus.

  • Mark JSON-RPC non beta
  • Remove the code writing the file.
  • Give back an error if the --htmlstatus option is used.
