Add ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption = NO to Info.plist for App Store Connect

Describe the bug

According to https://developer.apple.com/documentation/security/complying-with-encryption-export-regulations and App Store Connect, the macOS app needs to specify that we do not use proprietary encryption ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption needs to be set to NO in the info.plist file To Reproduce

Upload app via Transporter to App Store Connect. Expected behavior

App Store Connect doesn't complain. It's possible to click it in the UI online, but using the info.plist approach is cleaner. Screenshots
