Update tools/create-translation-issues.sh regex and board

Describe the bug

Currently the LOGGED_IN_AS variable is not filled with the user name correctly resulting in the script to exit without creating any new issues. I assume the regex isn't correct anymore with a new gh binary.

Also the script no longer correctly assigns to the Tracking board.

To Reproduce

Run tools/create_translation_issues.sh on the website or app.

Expected behavior

The script should execute and open issues.

Debian 12.5

Version of gh

gh version 2.23.0 (2023-02-27 Debian 2.23.0+dfsg1-1)

Regex fixed in https://github.com/jamulussoftware/jamulus/commit/ba07f4e53db10911873a5622bc568f64dd42be97 Now, the board should be fixed too. It might be more difficult as we have an organization wide board.
