Re add caching and pinning to create dmg

https://github.com/jamulussoftware/jamulus/pull/3149 removed caching and pinning of create dmg. This should be reverted. We need to find an alternative way of pinning in brew. See https://github.com/jamulussoftware/jamulus/pull/3149 for a link I found on this topic.
