That'd be up to the Prometheus team. As there was only one guide at the time (Getting started) it got rolled into the existing docs and the Guide section not...

@martinohansen when we say wrap the kafka sink we mean add a sink that reuses the kafka code customized for event hub. The straight kafka source will not directly work...
I'm also seeing this - I've worked around it by disabling syntax highlighting with `--no-highlighting`. I've logged a ticket with the Apple books team but my track record on responses...
@ageitgey I get code overflowing my listing boxes using that CSS so it doesn't resolve it for me I am afraid. :(
