Glossary additions, revisions, expansions

This branch expands and revises glossary.yaml

New Entries:

• Hydration
• Markdown
• Markup

Rewrites:

• Microservice

Expansions:

• all over the place!

Other changes:

• alphabetized all entries
• extracted incomplete entries to bottom of the list
• did some minor copy editing throughout
• tried to implement a more consistent style and tone
• added "Further reading" links to many entries
• added links between glossary entries
• suggested additional entries for GraphQL and REST APIs

I really hope this is helpful - I would love to help expand this resource even more!

This is my first PR (be gentle!) and I'm happy to revise as needed. If you're only interested in new entries without all the other changes, I don't mind extracting them and leaving the rest alone.
