Nested Collections

Describe the bug When Importing a KeePass DB with nested folders it creates nested folders in the given Account but not in the Organization as an Org doesn't have folders per se. The option "-bwcoll auto" only creates the toplevel Folder as a collection. Nested collection are possible though. Could you allow -bwcoll to created nested collections and not only the top-level folder?

what it looks like now:

Folders in Private Vault:
	  Amazon:
	  User1/Pw1
		  Amazon-SubFolder:
		  User2/Pw2

Collections in Org:
	Amazon:
	User1/Pw1
	User2/Pw2

I hope my "problem" is understandable.
