Add contrasts (at least polynomial) to repeated measures ANOVA

We spoke about this on Slack and you asked me to make an issue as a reminder.

Ideally and for feature compatibility, it would be nice to include all types on contrasts included in ANOVA / ANCOVA: deviation, simple, difference, helmert, repeated, polynomial. Polynomial is maybe the most useful, when you have to prioritize.

I was doing some work on it myself, but it isn't ready. It depends on when I find time to continue.
