[Feature Request] Refactoring of default.env

Describe the feature

The formats and data-types used in the default.env are in mix/unclear/confusing/incoherent.

This needs refactoring and deep testing.

Server vs Webhook-Settings (numbers need to be string for colors) and Cron defintions need work
