Tooltip's position with the browser's border

Hello, I have a problem with the tooltip. When I hover on an area, a tooltip box appear on the top-left of that area. When the area is near the border of the browser, the tooltip box still appears at the same position, making some information hidden as shown below

I want the tooltip to find a place to display the whole box, for example bottom left on the above situation. Thank you for supporting.

Thank you for reporting this, apologies for the delayed reply!

I have been able to reproduce this and yes, there are some issues with the way IM identifies the target position for tooltips. Marking this as a bug.
