I've got [a library](https://gitlab.com/jamietanna/httptest-openapi) that works under unit tests to validate it, which uses the https://github.com/getkin/kin-openapi#validating-http-requestsresponses. You can also enforce this server-side if your server using i.e. https://github.com/deepmap/oapi-codegen/blob/b1edf760c6e783a91dd007995bf42118550cab4f/examples/petstore-expanded/gorilla/petstore.go#L41

@kofj what are you trying to get generated here? As John mentions, if we can't describe it with OpenAPI, this won't be generatable
