Make links (URLs) clickable

Mammut, IMHO, is almost a usable (albeit basic) app. The 'almost' comes from the fact that I'm following a newsbot and that, while links seem to be recognised as such (they're blue), they're not clickable.

Therefore I'd like to request to make links (URLs) clickable, so that upon tap the URL opens in my default browser.
