Application extremely slow when maximised.

I've tested this on three computers:

  • AMD FX 8370 @ 4.3 GHz / 16 GB RAM @ 1866 MHz
  • Intel Xeon X5670 @ 3.2 GHz / 24 GB RAM @ 1333 MHz
  • Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 / 8 GB RAM @ 800 MHz

These run Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB with the latest updates and all suffer from a terrible experience when maximised, this gets worse with the amount of files that you have in your cache dump. I don't see why this is the case for computers with more than two cores.
