Dark theme

This is obviously just a suggestion, but those of us with an AMOLED screen (thus a default dark holo background in most apps) would appreciate an optional dark theme, if it's not too much trouble - especially considering the context the app is being used in (likely in darkness)

This is a feature I'd be more than happy to include, but since I have limited time to hack on Episodes and I don't have an AMOLED device it's not one of my priorities.

Contributions would be very much appreciated!

Sad to hear that. I'd appreciate too knowing how to program for Android, but I'm not going to attempt to learn for a small single feature. Good luck finding someone who might.

I might get round to it at some point - my amount of spare time to work on this project comes and goes. I'd like a better default theme for it too, so I might be able to do them both at the same time.
