Propose examples section in README.md

I added this as it took me a little while to figure out a reasonable workflow and I thought others might benefit from it. :)

Hey @rscircus, thanks for this! I'm planning to semi-rewrite the readme in the next release so will definitely include some more examples :smile:

I'll leave this up for now for anyone who might find it useful until then though!
