Make import option more prominent on fresh install

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Today I set up my new smartphone and wanted to import my backup, but struggled at first to find the import button.

Describe the solution you'd like After a fresh installation maybe give users the option to import a backup as option on the main screen (below import from 3rd party app). For me it was not obvious that I had to to press the + button to import the backup.
