Just gone to run a load of mobile device name updates and they all fail with a 401 error. MUT.log says 'The request requires user authentication'. Username and password for the Jamf Cloud instance are accepted at the initial login window for MUT.

I fixed it by allowing basic authentication in the JSS settings. MUT hasn't been updated to use bearer tokens for authentication, I guess?

Confirmed issue here as well, but because of our required security, we cannot allow basic authentication as a workaround.

i hope this gets resolved, but i see MUT hasnt been updated in some time so growing less than hopeful.

Hi, getting the same issue here and we have disabled basic auth ready for when Jamf eventually turn it off. Any further update for this ?

Hi all, please see Issue 82, version 6.2 of the MUT will use bearer tokens.
