Could not find Mac using Client ID
Authentication with username works fine, but if using Client ID is it impossibile find the Mac. Error in a attachment:
"Computer Record Could not find this computer, please check the serial number"
If I set a wrong Client Secret I get a different error: "Authentication Error".
Hi there At the moment I cannot reproduce the error you are seeing.
Could you check the permissions you are using for the role?
I'm using these.

I have exactly the same problem, I can't use the login and password because I activated SSO on jamf pro so I have to use the client ID and the API key. However, I'm able to connect with the Jamf LAPS tool, but it can't find the serial number of the mac I entered.
