Docker image of NetSUS

It would be awesome to have an official Docker image of NetSUS.

@prbsparx would a Docker run file suffice?

That is something I'm looking to work toward.

@macmule have you had a chance to create a Dockerfile? I've installed packages like iproute2, sudo on an 18:04 container, used the docker-systemctl-replacement and placed an .nbi folder in /srv/Netboot/NetbootSP0. The Netboot image doesn't show up on recovery mode and the helper scripts seem to fail on grabbing the Mac/IP address of container.

@vilva42 not tried at all.. I rarely need to Netboot anything now
