Reset webadmin password

Is there a way to reset the webadmin account password if you don't know it? I have a server that is rejecting all known passwords.

Did this and still only getting a 'refresh' of the page once I enter the default password for webadmin. It doesn't say invalid user or password. Just says "establishing secure connection' then stays at the login screen.
