Save - API Client ID value stays when switching between MDMs

I've noticed that when using the API Client for login credentials that the Client ID value stays when I switch between MDM servers.

I would hope it would either switch to the Client ID value for that MDM server OR if the value doesn't exist then to remove the value completely.

The Client secret behaves correctly when switching between MDMs and the field value deletes itself.
