Crashing after connecting to servers

We just created a new service account to use with Jamf Migrator, and when we use it on both our Sandbox and Production servers to connect, the Application crashes.

What would be the best way to send over some information to see why this is happening?

We're using a username and password with 32 characters for our user account, and it has full admin rights.

As time permits let me know if this is still an issue with Replicator v8.0.0.
