Set time zone script doesn't work with macOS 11.0 Big Sur

setTimeZone.sh doesn't work with macOS 11.0 Big Sur. The OS version format check doesn't seem to support the 11.0 version. https://github.com/jamf/Jamf-Nation-Scripts/blob/master/setTimeZone.sh#L126-132

Please kindly confirm it.
