Adding killall cfprefsd to flush prefs cache before writing new ones.

In accordance with Apple's best practice, preferences should be flushed with cfprefsd. Simply deleting the old .plist file may lead to prefs hanging out in memory, causing strange behavior at run time. Not so much an issue with a new machine, but definitely causes issues with testing.
