Is it possible to open the stream like in the ESP32CAM example code? Would be very handy if there is an event captured by a picture to open http://IP_OF_ESPCAM:81/stream and see the live stream in local network.

CameraWebServerRecorder by Mr.Zahary might be what you're looking for PIR sensor turns ON the camera through a p-mosfet when movement oa detected; webserver turns ON; your phone notifies you that a new open wifi network is available; you login and capture a still/stream/save to sd.
