Cant delete the gpu passthough

How to delete gpu partition ? I deleted the vm and the partition still remain i have done a clean install of the drivers . I have done the command Remove-VMGpuPartitionAdapter -VMName "insert-vmname" but since i deleted the vm i cant do that . I still see in the task manager the memory shared A little help would be welcomed
