White Screen after connecting via Parsec

After complete the installation i get a white blurry screen in parsec. i got the same issue without these installation guide.

My Specs:

i9 14900kf RTX 4080 Super 32Gb DDR5 Ram

HDR but its off Installing Windows 10 instead off 11 on my main PC and VM works withtout that white blurry thing but i wanna stay on 11
