Doesn't work on Rtx 3090

I have Rtx 3090 Palit GameRock. Windows 10 Pro. image Games doesn't launch normally in parsec or rdp (CS GO, Quake RTX Demo). Disabling others video adapters didn't help. It falls back to minimal resolution in parsec (basic drivers). CSGO SCREEN image Device manager image dxdiag image

This is not a 3090 issue but an issue with how Microsoft implemented GPU "passthrough" AKA Partitioning. Try this fix:

Essentially the passthrough is incomplete, by design of Microsoft. Doing the steps I mention above will put the registry keys that tell games and other applications what the GPU is actually capable of and should fix this check for some games (like Diablo 4 this fix works for example). IDK if CSGO or CS2 will work but it's worth a shot and can be done without rebuilding the VM.
