Steam remote play

Can this be adapted to use steam remote play instead of parsec? Would the hdmi-dummy still be required in that case?

You just install and enable steam remote play. Nothing special needs to be done as far as I know.

I was thinking to eliminate the need for the edid emulator. As I understand it based on documentation, it was parsec who initially needed it?!
