I would like leave feedback, while the original code didnt work for me, this PR's code did work and was easier.

Specs:

Ryzen 9 7900x RTX 3080

Tested this solution and it works awesome! Thank you for your work! Can you advise the best way to increase VM resolution? I am stuck at full HD. Parsec VDD is not installed but mainly Parsec is used to connect the VM. I successfully installed the usbmmidd V2 driver, however, all the settings are reset after the VM reboot...

Unfortunately Full HD is the maximum resolution of Hyper-V VDD, the other way is to use RDP connection, but it provides less performance. Besides, Parsec VDD provides high resolution, yet it support only direct X and openGL doesn't work
