How do i uninstall parsec

i tried uninstalling it and it keep installing it back. parserc is interfering with the video driver when streaming

In what way is it interfering? Parsec doesn't do anything if it's not being used

The scripts make several scheduled tasks. Go into your task scheduler and remove it.
