Parsec virtual display driver

When using correct network adapter when creating VM causes the parsec not to work functionally for example custom resolution, over 60 HZ display is not working

Apparently the parsec virtual display driver gets installed before HyperV downloads their own driver so it causes HyperV to "override" the parsecs driver

Current solution i've found for this is just to install it with wrong network adapter and then after HyperV has installed their stuff just connect to working one
