Some D3D Games break in Windowed mode

i was trying to play GTA V using a GTX 1650 from a friend of mine, and it seems it got some problems trying to run GTA V in windowed mode, it crashes 100% of the times i tested before even the intro starts (it runs in Fullscreen without crashes)

that all i know for now, and about windowed and fullscreen mode, i had some issues with Left 4 Dead (1) running in fullscreen the screen was flickering

if i ever happen to find some more info about this problem i'll list here.
