Running script for custom alerts

I propose to add custom alerts by running an external script. It can get the required data through commandline parameters or environment variables. It may be the helpful feature. It will give the possibility to use other monitoring systems like zabbix, nagios, etc and to send message into Hipchat or Slack, for example.

Yeah this sounds like a good idea, webhooks also would be cool.
