Add logic to automatically post GitHub contributions to projects to MVP profile as contributions.

Need to discuss and plan how this will work as part of this issue.

Instead of automatically, post a notification that GitHub contributions are available? And then give the MVP the option which GitHub projects he wants to add. Logging an issue adds you as a "contributor", but for me personally that's not worthy a contribution record.
