Finish Volume Area component

The Volume Area component is still in Beta. Only available in x3dom (not x_ite). We have a basic example https://raw.githack.com/jamesleesaunders/d3-x3d/master/examples/X3DOM/chart/VolumeSliceChart.html But there is possible still more to explore. Its code also needs bringing more in line with existing components.
