Fix scaling view based on window size.

Potential fix #1

Now re-orders elements when the screen size is small to get maximum view of the map (sort of reactive design but my CSS is mediocre). Minor style fixes.

Ah yes, I also see this. Likely issue with the image scaling? Sorry CSS is not a strong point for me, this was intended as a suggestion/starting point. Modify/discard as you feel appropriate.
