TODO - try and replicate by extending unit tests to export entire Internal database as favorites

Unable to repeat this issue. Attached is a Favourite.csv export with all 20293 quotations.

Try restarting device / using Sync feature. Will contact raiser with these recommendations.

Additional cache cleaning / reinstall apk options provided to user but no feedback (yet). so am - for the moment- closing issue.

User got back to me. It was device specific - due to removing various apps / OS apps - and a factory reset resolved things.
