Cart expires items prematurely

Woocommerce 8.3.1 Elementor Pro WP 6.4.2

Items entering cart appear to be expiring prematurely when either adding a new item, adding a new variation or moving to checkout. The result is that the cart is empty whenever someone navigates to it. Can only be replicated on mobile aperture. Assuming an odd bug/conflict between WP, WC, EP, and the plugin.

Troubleshooting: Disable all plugins, disable caching. Plugin activation AB testing reveals cart-stock-reducer (and possibly something else) aren't playing nice. No cart issues if stock reducer disabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. parplastics.com/shop via mobile
  2. add item to cart, observe timer
  3. go back to shop and add another
  4. observe first item disappeared or cart empty when moving to checkout

Symptom started after 6.4.1 update. Looking for conflict resolution or workarounds.
