Won't start and write logs in Win11/OneNote 365

What a wonderful addin idea! Thanls a lot for your work! Too bad that it does not start at my OneNote instancde. Addin keeps disabled in Options->Addins stating a runtime exception. Enabling loggin in registry does not produce any output. Do have an idea how to fix?
