more flexible generate_attention_heatmaps()

It is confusing when using generate_attention_heatmaps() as it requires a list of feature files but takes individual attention arrays for the function to work. Is it possible to make it taking list of files for both 'bags=' and 'attention=' parameters?

Pitch

Now the function is very confusing and takes multiple steps before you can run it. It'd be more useful if it's simplified.
