Files owner for package contents

It would be nice to have ability to specify unpacked files owner and group via config.

Once I have pulled in #12 then the file permissions should at least be identical in the package as the source files. I will also add the full support you requested soon.

Have you tried changing the owner/permissions of the package files in the postinst script?
