Doesn't seem like a brilliant idea on its own, functionally requires chibisafe to have alternative methods for providing a unique url, relying simply on filename can go wrong

A better approach to this that would avoid you shooting yourself in the foot would to add something similar to customized filenames in sharex, allowing you to build unique links....

Considering this isn't merged or hasn't had a single commit since your question answers itself, no, there is no update on this.

User Apps should reasonably be stabilized on serenity first as the upstream discord API is stable now.

A new serenity release has (finally) happened, nothing should be blocking this anymore.

Rebasing will fix CI on this PR but otherwise should be good for merge without.
