use prep.sh and do everything up to now, dont unprep it until we have completely done with getting it working with otd.

Update to 0.6.0.4 and i'll port the config and we'll continue from there.

I forgot to mention that the building OpenTabletDriver part has changed drastiscally since this was written, please take a look at that.

This is a bug with the VMulti driver itself, its partially the reason hawku is so broken.
