this doesn't seem to affect my linux machinse, i'm using `setxkbmap` to change my keyboard layout to dvorak and it behaves properly

Could try making a `Configurations` folder next to the executables of otd and moving [this](https://github.com/OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver/files/9483558/ET-0405A-U.json.txt) here (remove the .txt on the end)

The file i sent isn't using the intuos report parser so restart otd.

Wrong repository for reporting issues with plugins, they should be reported to the respective repository though this was likely fixed with a hotfix to windows ink.
