#1087 and upgrade to 64 bit, you can barely even use 32 bit at this point. And also might be best to update to windows 10, an update of windows...

please provide a diagnostic as an attachment as a txt file and don't just paste it in, it makes it hard to navigate (in this case diagnostics won't be necessary...

Only Veikk A30 v1 and A50 verification is needed now. Veikk vk430 should cover vk640.
