Screen Capture capability does not currently apply to Leaflet Engine

When using freehand drawing, performing left-click and hold to draw on the map also moves the map. The map is supposed to be locked when this occurs.

Create a dropdown menu pre-populated with the map engine ID so that the user can just select the proper engine, and not have to memorize the map engine name.
